REFUND POLICY
Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may get a full refund. Please see below for more information on our refund policy.
REFUNDS
After receiving your refund email request within 25 days from the date of certificate purchase and we will process your refund. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the date of refund request. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company.
EXCEPTIONAL CASES
At THE SSL LOCK, we offer refunds under specific conditions while ensuring a seamless customer experience. Refunds will only be processed after deducting the payment gateway processing fee in the following cases:

Order for a Non-Registered Domain Name
- If an SSL certificate or related service is purchased for a domain that has not yet been registered.
- The certificate can be processed once domain registration and hosting are completed.

Refund Request for a Registered but Not Yet Hosted Domain
- If an SSL certificate or related service is purchased for a registered domain that has not yet been hosted.
- The certificate can still be used once the domain is hosted.

Order for a Non-Approved or Banned Domain Name Extension
- If a domain name extension is not supported by the registry or is banned due to legal, regulatory, or policy restrictions.
- Orders placed with such extensions will be canceled and refunded after deducting the payment gateway processing fee.
REFUND PROCESS
- Refunds will be processed only after deducting the payment gateway processing fees.
- The refund will be credited to the original payment method.
- Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider and can take 3-5 business days.
- A confirmation email will be sent once the refund is initiated.
